Canvas- Through the Fog

Astoria, Oregon
This 4 mile long bridge allowed us to cross the Columbia River from Washington into Astoria, Oregon, close to the Pacific ocean and near the end of the Oregon trail. The Bridge was kinda scary crossing for miles in dense fog since we couldn't see either side of the river as we drove. The scenic US highway 101 crosses the bridge and continues all the way south as far as LA. We were excited to see the Pacific northwest for the first time and we got to hunt for movie locations from the Goonies and a few other movies that were shot in Astoria.
